How to review the week plan
The right question is not “does this look interesting?” but “does this survive an ordinary Tuesday?” Scan for repeated shopping burden, prep spikes landing on the wrong day, and any dinner that assumes more energy than the week actually has.
- Swap meals when the burden distribution looks wrong.
- Prefer steadiness over novelty if the week is already busy.
- Use the summary as a realism check rather than decoration.
Before you move to prep
Make sure the plan feels stable enough to batch. If you are still changing the shape of three different days, you are not ready to generate a prep block. Prep works best when the week has already stopped fighting you.
